Pathetic

<p>I booked a return flight from JHB to Mthatha and our depature time was 16:20 on Friday 18 Nov 2016. The flight only arrive at 17:00 and we were told the weather was bad in Kimberly but I don't recall any bad weather contrywide on Friday. We daparted at 17:30. On Sunday our flight was to depart from Mthatha at 18:05 and I was at the aiport at 17:25 and I saw the closed signs at the checkin counter and I asked the security if it was going to be open and they told us the ladies are on the aircraft. People I had travelled with from JHB were passing through the security gate and they told me they checked in earlier. The security told us they were going to call them and we waited until they came back and told us they have already accounted for everyone who's boarding the flight and we are late. A big argument ensued considering I was there 30 minutes before departure and all they said was what do you want us to do and I rep**** "get me on tht flight to JHB and they said maybe tomorrow". We were booked on today's flight and our boarding passes were written hand papers which were cut by a pair of scissors when we boarded the flight. I still don't understand why does everyone goes to the aircraft when you clearly see tht you are still missing passengers or is it because they have never been in an aircraft before. I've travelled to Europe and parts of Africa using different airlines but this is the most pathectic airline I've ever used. I had to wait for their aircraft in JHB and they left me hanging in Mthatha. I doubt they'll survive in this industry.</p>
