Overdue refund from Fly Blue Crane

<p>I booked a flight to Mthatha with Blue Crane. I was meant to fly out on the 10th and returning on the 12th of Feb 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phoned to notify me that the flight was cancelled due to technical reasons.</p> <p> </p> <p>They asked for my banking details but to date i have not been paid back my money nor have i received an update about the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned, emailed and used social media to follow up but nothing has happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help.</p>
