Over 6 weeks and still waiting for a refund for flight they cancelled. Terrible service. Feel ******

<p>I booked a return flight for two from JNB to Mthatha on the 2017-01-06 for R3824.92.</p> <p> </p> <p>The flight was scheduled for the 2017-02-04. On 2017-02-01 I was informed that the flight had been called off and I will recieve a full refund within 72 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is six weeks later now, I have called dozens of times trying to find when I will retrieve my money.</p> <p>I have spoken to Refilwe, Agnus and Chané who have all been less than helpfull and brush me off with the same set of excuses. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service I have ever received. When does this become ***** ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Fly Blue Brane pay me back what is mine! I never received any service why are you holding on to my money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
