Not refunding my flight they cancelled

<p>I had originally booked a flight to Kimberley for the 21st of February. This flight was booked the 10th of February 2017. One of their agents contacted me the 13th of Feb saying that the would not by flying to Kimberley anymore and that they would Refund me. I have phoned on numerous occasions afterwards and have till now not been refunded for my flight. There refunds system has been offline for the past three days. This is really convenient seeing that they are the ones that cancelled my booking. If I had cancelled, they would have charged a penalty, so I would at least expect interest on the money they owe me.</p>
