No refund, no feedback

<p>The airline cancelled my flight and advised that I would receive my refund within 72 hours. It's been a week and a half and after phoning them more than once they still have not refunded me or phoned me back as requested. The customer service representative (Bianca) was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. I will never make use of this airline again and will not recommend it to anyone either. </p>
