NO Refund

<p>I`ve booked 2 flights with Fly Blue Crane in Nov 2016 - from OR Tambo to Bloemfontein and return. Both were cancelled a few days before the scheduled date. Fly Blue Crane staff told me that a credit will take place automatically shortly. NO refund was made up untill now(1 Feb 2017)! I`ve called numerous times the last 3-4 weeks - speaking to `Tummy` from the `Refund` department. His reply is everytime(x7) exactly the same: "The financial department is in a meeting and I have to call back later." And when I leave messages no one return my calls! I`m really frustrated!</p>
