My flight was cancelled by the airline and have not received my refund, let alone i was only informed about the cancellation only 5 days fore

<p>I booked a flight return ticket to Johannesburg from Mthatha for R1912.46 on the 25th of January 2017. Fly blue Crane from Johannesburg only called me on the 2nd of February 2017 to inform me about the cancellation due to technical error, confirming my account details to return a full refund on my account. I called back same day requesting time and date of cash refund they promised to call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to the inconvinience casued i would presume the least the can do is return my money pronto so that i may book another flight for the 7th & 8th of February 2017. Its the 8th i still havent received my money back.</p> <p>Moreover due to the inconvinience booking an alternative flight has cost me more than double the price.</p> <p>Fly Blue Crane service is extremely poor, i want my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Booking confirmation number: 6PA95B</p>
