I want my money back

<p>I booked a flight in December JHB-Bloem return. Out of the blue I got a call from a Neo saying the return leg has been cancelled. Sent her my banking details on 24 Dec 2016, and booked another flight with CemAir for twice the price. I called in early Jan she is on leave Mpumi gives a list of excuses amd till today 13 Jan 2017 there is still no refund in my account. I bet the business doesn't actually have the money to.refund us hence the stalling. I want my money back all R800 of it.</p>
