Flight Was Never booked

<p>To Whom It May Concern,</p> <p>I would like to submit a grievance regarding your service.</p> <p>A month ago I booked a round trip from uMthatha to Johannesburg (CHVZLA) online for Dr NNZ Stofile using a credit card. The reservation was created pending payment and I subsequently received an OTP code from the bank. Your online system did not however generate a field for me to populate the OTP code.</p> <p>I have since called my bank to authorize the payment verbally and it has confirmed that there is no pending payment on my account for the transaction.</p> <p>I have called your call centre on a number of occasions during the call centre operating hours and the line cuts in ever attempt.</p> <p>This is not the first time I've had difficulty making a reservation with your airline- last time my reservation was not even confirmed.</p> <p>Please contact me on ********** 575 or alternatively ********** 184.</p> <p>Regards,<br />Andisiwe Stofile<br />Sent from my iPhone</p>
