Eight months and no refund!

<p>On 26/07/2016 my flight with Fly Blue Crane(booked by Flight Centre in Jhb) from Bram Fisher to OR Tambo was cancelled a few minutes prior to boarding time. My Confirmation Number : ********** . At the Blue Crane desk I completed a form (of which I have a copy) that was signed by the reservation agent. Eight months later I am still waiting for the promise of a refund in 14 days to be fulfilled. Fortunately I could book another flight with SAA, and arrived at OR Tamboe in time for my next flight to Windhoek. As there is no contact number for this so -called airline, I use this platform to get your attention. </p>
