Cancelling flights due to "technical problems"

<p>I am very unhappy with Fly Blue Crane. I received a call yesterday to inform me that my flight from JNB to KIM on 23/12 is no longer available. They did however offer to accomodate me on the 24/12 flight but were unable to secure a return flight on 30/12. What is the use????</p> <p> I will never use the services of Fly Blue Crane. They are unreliable and offer no guarantee even though you paid upfront months in advance! I am yet to receive a refund from them for the cancelled flight. </p>
