Cancellations without refunds! Be warned Cape

<p>Guys, please dont be stupid and fly with Blue Crane! I've booked two flights with them until now and still havent seen the inside of their aircraft. They are completely unreliable. Most recent disappointment they cancelled our flight from Cape Town to Bloem 5days before. Obviously had to buy very expensive substitute tickets. Problem is it is almost impossible to communicate with them via email, just dont reply and I've also never managed to reach them telephonically. Still waiting for my money. They just dont know who they are dealing with here... I wont stop till I have every cent back!!</p>
