Blue Crane Air lost my baggage and won't find it!

My uncle flew in from Kimberley last night with Blue Crane Air and landed at OR Tambo without his luggage. They have been so unhelpful and disinterested in helping him find his lost luggage. It has been like talking to a wall with no one bothering to help. We have exhausted all other avenues. Now he is stuck here without any clothes and toiletries! Completely unacceptable that Blue Crane couldn't be bothered!
