All Flights to Mthatha / Umtata grounded

<p>Booked flights a week ago, no notification that all flights have been cancelled /suspended until further notice. Called the Reservations, only then did they inform me that all flights have been suspended. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sent email requesting refund last week Friday. No tracking number or reference number for request provided. Today Reservations has no answers or feedback, gives you another number to call Refunds Department, no-one at refunds answers the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>When they eventually do, credit card refunds take 72 hours & EFT refunds take 14 days... But cancelled flights are in 3 days time... </p>
