Shocking service from Fly and Park - Shirley Mariemoothoo

I dropped my car off with Fly and Park at King Shaka Airport on 30 Dec 2019. My flight returning on 2 January was delayed. On returning to King Shaka Airport I wanted for 20 min for my vehicle to arrive then contacted Shirley Mariemoothoo to ask why there was such a delay. She said my vehicle wouldn't start and they were using cables to start it. (The battery in my vehicle was purchased in October 2019) Almost an hour later a very young man drove up to me while using his cellphone. I checked the battery in my car and there was still dust on the battery terminal covers. There was nothing wrong with my battery, in fact they were struggling to turn the key in the ignition and have twisted the key in the plastic housing, I will never use Fly and Park again. Shocking service and no apology for the extremely late delivery of my vehicle and damage to my key.
