Park and Fly

Disgusting service from Park and Fly The car was dropped off 23 August 2019 at 17.00 at Ushaka international drop off zone and picked up at 25 August 17.30. On picking up the keys to depart I had just pulled out the parking bay and noticed a crack in the windscreen. I immediately contacted Shirley the women that confirmed my booking before I left the ramp who advised me that the guys already left already. I still made a turn back to the drop off zone thinking I might spot them. She asked what the problem was which I continued to say that there’s a crack down the centre of my windscreen which was not there on dropping the car off .She proceeded to say that that was impossible and said I must call in the morning as the officers were closed (which goes against what’s stated on the attached document on booking) (24 Hours / 7 Days - 365 days a year) On calling her between 730 and 8.00 the morning on the 26th she said she had a look at the claim form and a crack was reported . I found that a bit disturbing as the info I had given her on calling seemed to have automatically tied up as to why I was calling as she has asked me to send her a list of any other things that I found wrong with the car .

The mere fact that the check was solely done by them and no handover copy given to the customer as a customer copy , so any alterations that may have been said by me could have already been tampered on (which I did state this to Shirley on my call ).I then proceeded to asked her for a copy to be emailed to me on the inspection taken on handing the car to them as I needed to see what was captured on the form .She proceeded to ask me instead to send her a list of all that I picked up that was damaged , which I then told her that would be unfair my end and any alterations could be captured (as I already confirmed to her the windscreen is cracked ).I have emailed her since the incident (refer to the attached )reminding her of my customer copy on inspection on the vehicle but to date I get an out of office reply. To date I have still had no feedback or contact from her .is totally negligence and damages that occurred to my car and its unprofessional being a big company that such behaviour can such cause detriment as well as not a good image to the ACSA group
