Fly And Park is Pure Garbage!

I had my BRAND NEW vehicle stored by Fly and Park from Friday 22/11/2019 – 24/11/2019. Upon return I discovered my vehicles rear wiper had been ******/taken off the vehicle. Also the chemical used to polish the vehicles has caused drying up of my vehicles black trimmings.

I called to report the matter and was told that I must contact the office on Monday morning as there is no one in the office and that it was not possible that the wiper could have been ******, it probably was not on the vehicle on the day of dropping the vehicle off, LIES!

I was told they will refer to their so-called vehicle inspection on Monday morning, as expected they did no such.

Note that this vehicle is brand new and my wiper was indeed on my vehicle at the time of departure on the 22nd and there was absolutely no need to polish my vehicle body trimmings with a chemical of some sort as they were still black as new, now the trimmings are no longer in a brand new state, they are now pale and discoloring.

As discussed yesterday telephonically that you shall contact me by close of business yesterday 25/22/2019 after getting feedback from the Supervisor in your storage yard regarding what happened to my vehicle.

When I eventually called on Monday since i was not receiving any replies to my emails, Shirley told me she needs to communicate with her yard Supervisor to confirm what transpired and will call me by days end. To my surprise you did not call. I have replaced my wiper, and sent my proof of purchase to them and still no response, i further had to take my new vehicle for valet service unnecessarily because they have ruined my vehicles body.
