Suspisious Practices

I booked a return flight for 5 people - 5 months in advance of the travel date. A week later I received a email informing me that both flights have been cancelled due to operational reasons --- 5 months before the actual flight?<br> You can get refunded if you have taken 'Assurance' - they will then charge you US 10 .00 Process fee ---for changes they made.<br> Without such Assurance you get a transferable voucher, that needs to be used within 3 months --to do what with ? when? <br> Their Call Centre can not deal with any enquiries - they refer you to a email [Email Removed]<br> I notice a lot of similar complaints in Tripadvisor
