Stole +- R15700 from me iro no flights to Namibia

We have already made three separate requests for the refunds, when each booking was cancelled. Again submitted a consolidated request (see message below dated 6 January) and attached the proof of payment made on 13 October 2015.<br> <br> Hope that this issue will be resolved soon and please confirm when the funds will be refunded.<br> <br> I have done the separate refund requests per booking before, but would like to consolidate the information since it is three bookings and we are quite inconvenienced by this whole debacle.<br> <br> I have attached the proof of payments for the three bookings we had with Fly Africa to Namibia in December, since ZZT4Q0 is indicated as not being paid (message below).<br> <br> The following refunds are outstanding:<br> O153ZV - R3,550.00 - Through agent<br> ZZT4Q0 - R4,393.22 - Booked on website<br> 2PY9FH - R7730.00 - Through agent<br> Total outstanding - R15,673.22<br> <br> I am quite shocked with the news that all flights with fly africa is not taking place. We have 7 tickets booked, 4 to depart on 2 December (O153ZV & ZZT4Q0) and 3 to depart on 11 December (2PY9FH) with all 7 to return on 3 January. All of them were paid on 13 October and it made quite a steep dent into my finances
