Still waiting for refund since 29 Jun2015 - JMJZA5

I booked a flight (BOOKING NUMBER JMJZA5) on 27 June 2015 to fly from Johannesburg to Harare on 28 June 2015 for one passenger to fly to Harare and made the payment by EFT and sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] On the day of travel, 28 June 2015, I called to make sure my payment had been receibed only to hear that their accounts people do not work on weekends. I then paid via telephone using my debit card and received the conformation and the passenger travelled to Harare. Since this was now a double booking I was advised to sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] and state what happened on the 29 June 2015. I got several responses asking for my banking details and I sent them on 29 June 2015!!! I have been following up and have been told that the refund is going to be effected and I am still waiting in that regard to this day despite being promised that it take s5-7 working days to get the money. I have called the call centre numerous times and have been asked to sent the documents that I have already sent! Is this a compensation for the cheap flights?????? Please refund me my money.
