Still awaiting my Refund *** & ***

I booked a flight to travel to Harare from Joburg for 17 dec 2015 with a return on 2 January 2016 for me & my daughter, we received emails for cancellation on of the flights and that we should email for refunds to a certain fly africa email.Since that email,never had i heard from Fly Africa again its been over a month now since the cancellation ,they're call go unanswered. All i want is my money back for the service they failed to tender
