******** CUSTOMERS - NEVER USE FLY AFRICA AGAIN!!

Had a booking for flight from O R JHB to Windhoek.They changed the departure to Lanseria-we could change our arrangements.Arrived very excited(55th birthday&wedding anniversary!)at 06h30 at Lanseria on 30 Oct '15 just to get the shocking news that the aeroplane has been grounded&departure has been delayed indefinitely!Fly Africa already knew this on Wed,28 Oct '15!Why could they not inform their customers to make other arrangements,why should we hear this at the airport?!Had to buy new tickets for R4879.44 at Lanseria Airport and rushed to O R in 08h00 morning rush hour traffic to be on time for the 12h00 flight!We had commitments for a 7 day fully paid expensive holiday in Etosha,Namibia.We forfeited our 1st night at Okaukuejo NWR Camp to the cost of R4280 per night(Camp gates close at 19h00).They ****** my husband the pleasure of staying&waking up in a beautiful setting on his 55th birthday!Alas,he still had to drive several kms to reach our destination!We had to make several expensive mobile calls to arrange for new accommodation close to the airport.After several emails&phone calls to Fly Africa I got the promise of a refund for my FlyAfrica tickets only-R2231.56?What a shame!
