Refund

I booked the flight for 1November 2015. I have been asking for my refund as they say they were going to refund in 40 days. Surprisingly up today 17 february 2016 I haven't received my refund. If you call them they tell you they have lots of people to refund. I am not happy with this. They just have to refund the money period.
