Pathetic service

Scheduled to fly from lanseria to Windhoek on 6/11/2015 on flight 302, returning on 307. No information was provided until we arrived at the gate for boarding. Staff had no indication of the situation and informed that they needed to send a letter to land. No information given was given and a ****** attidude was present. Spoken language was only in Afrikaans. Flight was cancelled and a letter was given for a full refund with signatures. The *********** manager told us to us transport at our own cost and go to OR Tambo for a SAA. We drive all the way to OR Tambo only to find out there was no flight availability. I was on hold for 25mins with flyafrica' call centre, only to be told that my refund will be given in 30-40 days! NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH FLYAFRICA!!! I had never experienced such a disaster in my life, I have also lost all activities booked as well as accommodation booked. Why is this airline still operating in our country?
