Pathetic Delays of Flights

So this is it...28-08-2015 fly africa flight from Johannesburg to Harare... 18:17pm... Depature was initially 16:30, delayed to 17:30 then delayed to the 18:30, nothing communicated. Am at the airport and Fly Africa is the worst of all the flights... As we got luggages booked in they informed us Gate A20 we were told oh nooo its actually gate A0... sat there for 25mins and then heard someone shout from a distance... \hey you are in a wrong spot... then we were told we are to walk back to gate A20 again... lost calories and strained muscles going bek to A20. Nothing was happening
