No refund in case of flight cancellation

Be careful with this airline.<br> We had a flight booked and paid for from VicFalls to Joburg on 23FEB2015.<br> Without warning FlyAfrica decided to cancel our flight and rebook us on a flight VicFalls to Harare a day earlier instead.<br> So wrong flight. Wrong date. Wrong city.<br> This flight is impossible for us to catch. Anyway we need to go to another city.<br> AirAfrica refused any refund.<br> They offer a worthless voucher that expires in 3 months.<br> AirAfrica email contact and call centre are overwhelmed.<br> We were **** to and brushed off. <br> We feel ****** and cheated.<br> In the US this would be credit card *****.<br> In our opinion the worst airline ever!<br>
