I will not use FlyAfrica services ever again!!!!!

I booked a flight for my brother with his passport in hand through the Bonani Travel Agency. On the day of his flight, he went to the airport and at the check-in desk, they told him that his passport was defected and he could not travel. I was not present and I insisted my brother ask for a supervisor and talk to the supervisor, as his passport is valid and he had used it a week prior and they don't even have a supervisor on the premises. I asked for rebooking and they said they would investigate and now they are telling me I cannot get a rebooking. <br> <br> I am not a fan, I will not donate my money to you so you can continue ******** people with your cheap deals.<br> Tell people what's what when they are booking not when they are boarding so we don't loose our monies to you. Respect your customers enough to do that at least. <br> <br>
