flyafrica -dont care about their passengers

we flew to vic falls on 15th august 2014 ....with fly Africa....scheduled to return on sunday 17th august 14-00..had to be back in jhb for surgery Monday morning.we get to the airport...and learn that flight has been cancelled...and the next flight is on Wednesday....we get hold of a representative from fly Africa at the airport..and ask him if they will put us onother flight...he claims they don't do that...we asked him where they were going to put us up...he rep**** that flyafrica do not do that.....so we are now stranded in Zimbabwe..in a nutshell we laid out $us840-00 [approx. R11000-00 to get home via kariba..via Harare..on contacting fly Africa via e-mail they claim they don't give refunds and basically they don't want to know my problem.....their attitude sucks.i cannot believe that this airline has no regard for the welfare of their passengers and left us stranded in foreign country...I demand a a full refund before they close down...
