FLY AFRICA FLIGHTS - NO RESPONSE ON CANCELLATION

The fly Africa flights were meant to resume on the 4th November however it has not. Flights are being cancelled on the day of travel or a day before the travel. If you try calling any numbers on the website, it is continuously busy or just rings. This is unacceptable as it does not give us time to get our monies back in order to make alternate travel arrangements. Absolutely unprofessional to just ignore customers calls or emails especially for something that is on their own negligence.
