Flight cancelled & Refusal to refund

I booked Fly Africa through Fly Africa Johannesburg contact centre (+***0) from Johannesburg OR Tambo to Zimbabwe (Bulawayo) to depart 6/11/2015 & I paid R2298.79 under ref KBZ9J2. On 5/11/2015 I received an email stating that the flight has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.<br> As it was an emergency I proceeded with my journey with other means of transport.<br> The same day 5/11/2015 I wrote to them requesting a refund & I supp**** them with my banking details<br> On 28/12/2015 they wrote to me asking me to provide them with my banking details which I immediately resent to them which they acknowledged to have received.<br> Since then I have been writing emails for my refund [Email Removed] and I haven't got a response and if I try to call either it goes ringing forever or they are cut or continuously engaged /cutting before ringing.<br> Up to present day I have not got my refund neither have I got a response on that position <br> I have given up hope of recovering my money for services that I never received and neither was it my fault to cancel the flight , I do not know were & how to reach them anymore
