Flight Cancelled: No refund and communication

Hello Peter<br> <br> I booked two return tickets from JHb to Zim with Fly africa. I only found out from a friend the day before (3/12/2015) our departure date (4/12/2015) that the flight was cancelled. There was no formal communication or warning received from Fly Africa and I have been trying to contact the Airline for a refund but there has been no response ever since. My booking references are: 6LWXGW and 58KK4T. This is very unprofessional, please help me get my refund back.
