Feeling ****** of my money

I booked a ticket for my cousin and fly Africa didn't fly on that particular date. So we cancelled the ticket and was promised to get my refund in 40 days. This was early October 2015. It's way past the promised 40 days and fly Africa isn't responding to my emails. I feel ****** of my hard earned money. I'm currently in the USA and in need of my money Fly Africa.
