Checked Baggage Lost/Stollen

My sister in-law boarded a 6am flight from Johannesburg to Harare on 20 May 2015 and checked in her luggage that included a set of pots (Boxed) but when she got to Harare the pots were missing. She reported the issue at Harare offices and was requested to complete a form and that was that. Am really disappointed with this service where you pay for baggage and you don't get it after disembarking.<br> <br> This was a first trip with the airline and this has put a lot of doubt on its service. I was supposed to used the airline's services for a family of 6 in December for the same route but I have lost faith in this company's service.
