Poor Support Please fix it
Can someone please respond to our support queries it would really be great. We are trying to support home grown African businesses. Its been ages and no one has responded please please please improve your support systems . I've loaded $2000 already and no one has verified my business documents and I have been waiting.

17 Jul 2020, 13:52Noted my concern is that it took me to come to HelloPeter to get some decent response from support and secondly the process of verification has been significantly long. Beyond that the longer it takes the more direct impact it has on our business. We want to support flutterwave because we believe in the brand and vision it holds but when customer service doesn't meet those expectations it is extremely concerning. It is even worse when it starts affecting your business as a client
