pay back my money

on the 3rd of september 2021 a payment went off my bank account R99.00.description only says flutterwave microsoft aucland park za.no alternative description,i dont have a flutterwave account,dont even knew it existed until now.no where i cant find an answer for the deduction out ofmy account,or who has given permission to do so.i cant recall doing such a transaction.or how to get a refund,when i use the dispute function on their web page it only state currently not availeble.somewhere there must be someone to assit me in this regards
