Horrible user experience!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I don't know how they are still in business? Their validation process took me well over a month and this is business that was delayed waiting for this company to validate documents? Their user experience is so backward, I would like to support African businesses but this company is the reason why Africans don't trust African businesses. Its almost like there is one customer support agent responding as multiple people. Has **** written all over it. My regret is that they have my person documents for validation.
