Has Flatterwave just ****** my little girls' money??

I can't afford to give my daughters pocket money, so when they received some from their gran they were ecstatic and immediately started working om an order with Shein. On the 5th of April I placed the order. The first attempt failed due to poor network but the second went through and the funds were deducted from my FNB account. The bank confirmed that the funds were transferred, but Flutterwave say they didn't receive the payment. When I mailed proof they simple referred me to FNB or to take legal action (ridiculous!). I am a single mother and my girls are so excited to receive their order. What do I tell them now?????

I see I am not the first person with this problem. Perhaps Shein should find someone else to handle payments as this reflects very poorly on them.
