Flutterwave incompetence

Having to deal with these people is like pulling teeth. I am setting up a drop shipping store and my very first test transaction was a complete disaster. And the money that changed hands just disappeared. And after explaining the problem to them via email back and forth for a whole day all I got was excuses and the problem isn't nowhere near sorted. The level of incompetence is insufferable. And the worst is they have no phone nr that you can use to fiscally speak to someone to explain the problem. So now they owe me money witch is just gone and the answers just isn’t coming forward.
