Never Hire Costumes from them !!!

I asked for a quotation for a easter bunny custume for a play I was having with my sunday school kids on easter sunday. the quotation was sent and I made a deposit of half of the price for the costume hire. We made arrangements for me to collect the costume on the 2nd of April just before the long weekend and I would bring the balance then. Tried to give them a call Thursday morning to confirm the arrangements and there was no answer. Went to the premises only to find out that they never opened on that day. Jolene the consultant I was dealing with gave me a call and apologized and assured me that I will get my refund. It is now the 14th of April and still have not received a refund from Flutterbees. I would not advise anyone to use their Services ever!!!
