Zodiac Pool Care goes the extra mile!!!!

As it goes, I've reached a point where it was time to sort out a salt chlorinator cell that had decided to retire. I approached Zodiac Pool Care in Midrand and not only did they assit me quickly but they also pointed out that the cell should have lasted longer. In response to this they pointed out that I should replace it but that their policy was to pay pro rata in cases where the cell did not last the full period. I therefore replaced the cell at a reduced price. This type of honesty is rare. Thanks to the Zodiac team and a special thanks to Eslian Murray who went out of his way to assist me with the paperwork and in getting me the replacement cell. I also walked away with additional information that will assist me with my pool going forward. Thanks again!!
