Zodiac no parts for expensive robot cleaner and pool service

Bought an expensive zodiac 440 robot. After a year the internal basket is worn. Been trying for weeks to get zoidac to respond to get parts. All the leads they gave to get dont have. Call centre lady is totally useless and cant even give phone numbers that exist. Tell her I can purchase online. Insists I take the part into the nearest branch from EL. Could not understand that PE is actually 300km away. Tried calling the PE number she gave and it never answers. Have an expensive talking point taking up space
