ZODIAC MX8 ELITE POOL CLEANER - MORE TIME OUT THE POOL THAT IN!

OK, so I am sure everyone would agree that attempts since November 20 to solve a product complaint would be fair BUT this company obviously does not take customer service serious at all. My MX8 Elite pool cleaner is not cheap but it promised a load of positives so I bought it. In principle the machine is fantastic BUT due to design faults I have to remove the pool cleaner at least once per week, strip it down & already the parts are wearing out because of this constant taking apart. Despite promises of someone to come around it never happens & even when I contacted their manager he made promises which have never materialised. WHAT is the point of paying alot of money for what should be a quality product & there is NO AFTERSALES SUPPORT???
