Zodiac MX8

Bought one at Makro. Zodiac rep there told me it's most reliable pool cleaner on the market. Having bought a Zodiac G2 few days earlier I should have known better. I was told the MX8 does not her stuck. That every particle smaller than the unit's generous opening on it's underside will be effortlessly sucked in. What they don't tell you (or don't know) is that a small seed can get stuck between the bottom turbine and the scroll (outer casing) immediately rendering it immobile. Long leaves also get wound up on the internal turbine and shafts stopping the cleaner clean in its tracks. Excuse the pun. Good only in clean environments. Chop your trees, get an indoor pool or go for a Zodiac MX8 alternative which is awesome and trueally "dominates". MX8 is not worth the price tag.
