Zodiac MX 6 Pool Cleaner - Great Service by the Zodiac Team

I to moved into a new house and the pool cleaner is a MX 6 pool cleaner from Zodiac. It was not running and I considered replacing it with one of their competitor products which I have always used. I decided to change the belts on the cleaner as I thought that grip may be the problem . It still did not work and in desperation I called the customer service line as was assisted by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable woman called Anna. Anna directed me where to find the serial number and after she checked the pool cleaner was still under guarantee. I didn't have great cell phone reception but Anna managed to take down my email address and emailed me the address details where I could bring the pool cleaner to be repaired. I took the pool cleaner at around 11 am and was promised to get a call on Monday to collect. I received a friendly call at 10h40 on Monday morning to advise that my pool cleaner had been repaired and ready for collection Truly amazing service from start to finish and if the service is anything to go by the product must be great.
