Zodiac Customer Care and Service

I recently bought a Zodiac Cyclonic Leaf Catcher and in the process of submitting the warranty to the company, I mentioned that my previously bought Zodiac Pool Cleaner's bump ring was not staying in place. This morning on appointment through efficient Kathy Lowings, (Customer Care) a highly organised technician arrived and within 10minutes had examined the cleaner, replaced what was needed under warranty, gave advice on matters I brought up. This company understands what "customer care" means and what service by a technician means. Well done and power to your sales.
