Zodiac AX20 Activ - Terrible Product and Service

Terrible service terrible product, paid R3599 for an AX20 Activ at Makro, it does not climb the pool sides (I did everything the book said) and Zodiac refuses to replace it, insist on coming to my house for an inspection possibly at addtional cost if they find it not to be a warranty issue, lots of admin, time wasting and no working cleaner. Wish I never bought it!
