The Zodiac Pacer keeps breaking down. It seems to be poorly made. They are tedious and difficult to call out.. The also charge you for a call outr when they say nothing was wrong, even though it stopped working. Definitely rather buy the Kreepy Krauly. Have one in a different pool. Works well

As per our records, Fluidra assisted you on 12 November 2024 with your Pacer pool cleaner by replacing your diaphragm and compression ring within the warranty period. The second call was booked for today, 7 February 2025, where the technician assisted you again with a call. In his report he stated - "Checked the pacer, no fault found. One pipe is leaking, customer to replace it. The AWV (rotary) was opened almost completely resulting in weak suction. Adjusted the AWV, tested the unit. Unit working fine. There is a possible leak on the suction line . The pump is running about 75% full and there are bubbles appearing at the aim flow. This affects suction negatively."
The Customer Care agent explained to you that if the warranty is not valid (something else on site is wrong other than the Pacer pool cleaner), you will be charged a call out fee and you agreed to the call out fee.
The warranty on your Pacer pool cleaner is a two year manufacturing defects warranty and a possible suction leak is not a manufacturing defect.
The agent will forward you the videos taken on site as well as the technicians' report regarding the onsite inspection.
