Very Unhelpful

I took my chlorinator to the local pool shop (Pride Pools) for repair. They told me that if it can't be repair or if I do not except the quote Zodiac will charge me R250 for collection. I enquire if I can take it myself as I work in Montague Gardens and was informed no problem. When I contact Zodiac they told me that no I must take it into the pool shop. So everyone wants to take your cut from as the pool shop wants to add his mark up as well and I have to wait 3 days and up to a week before they will pick it up. Then more than a week before informed if it can be repair and then wait again when ever it is going to be delivered. This is not service. Well i am running back on Chloor.
