Useless Zodiac MX8

<p>Hi there,</p> <p>I bought the Zodian MX8 just over a year now and honestly speaking, it is beyond useless, it only worked for one week and after then it only cleans for 5 mins then stops moving, it is annoying for such an expensive device to be useless, i have checked Youtube for help but nothing, can you guys please assist on fixing this useless device?</p>
