Poor Service from Zodiac

<p>Good day,</p> <p>We purchased a Zodiac Combi MX6 from Builders Richards Bay on 06/03/2016. We tried to utilize this product in our pool twice but were sadly disappointed as this product did not meet specifications on the box. The unit is not designed to pick up leaves or dirt as it explains. It is ineffective and is also a waste of resources. We took the product back to Builders on the 17/04/2016. The pool sales person advised us that they cannot take back the unit and we need to contact Zodiac directly and they will handle our complaint. My husband contacted them immediately. The lady he spoke to said that they will send out an agent to our home on one of the days that he is visiting our area. Noone ever came out since then</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very upsetting.</p>
